Return and Exchange Conditions
Time requirement: Within 30 days from the date you sign for the goods, if you are not satisfied with the goods, you can apply for a return or exchange.
Goods status: The returned goods must be kept intact, with accessories, gifts, instructions, invoices, etc., and will not affect the secondary sale. The goods are not damaged, have no signs of use, have not been washed or modified, and the original packaging is complete (including outer packaging, inner packaging, tags, etc.).
Quality issues: If there are quality problems with the goods (such as functional failure, damage, wrong delivery, etc.), we will give priority to handling and bear the corresponding responsibilities regardless of the above-mentioned product status.
Return and Exchange Process
Initiate an application: Please log in to your ttalev.com personal account, find the corresponding order on the order details page, click the "Apply for Return and Exchange" button, fill in the reason for return and exchange, the expected handling method (return or exchange) and other information according to the system prompts, and submit the application. You can also contact us through our 24-hour customer service email service@ttalev.com or call + 86 15324806920, and our customer service will assist you in initiating an application.
Review and confirmation: We will review your application within 1-2 working days after receiving it. After the review is passed, you will receive an email notification containing the return address and relevant precautions; if the review is not passed, we will also inform you of the reason in a timely manner.
Returning the goods: Please pack the goods properly to ensure transportation safety, and return the goods according to the return address in the email notification (west of Wenshan Village, Lianjiang City (Xu Yiqing Factory Building No. ①)). It is recommended to choose a traceable logistics method and keep the express delivery documents for subsequent logistics information inquiries.
Acceptance processing: We complete the acceptance within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned goods. If the return or exchange is caused by quality problems or our responsibility, we will refund or arrange for exchange within 1-3 working days after the acceptance is completed; if it is not a quality problem and the product meets the return and exchange conditions, we will refund to your original payment account within 1-3 working days after the acceptance is passed.
Postage borne
Quality problems: For returns and exchanges caused by product quality problems or wrong goods, you can advance the return shipping fee. After completing the return and exchange process, contact customer service to submit the shipping voucher (such as express delivery bill, invoice, etc.), and we will refund the shipping fee through the original payment method after verification.
Non-quality problems: If you apply for return or exchange for personal reasons (such as dislike, etc.), you must bear the shipping fee of the returned goods.
Special instructions
Customized products, consumables (such as batteries, etc.), and opened products that affect secondary sales are not supported for return or exchange unless there is a quality problem.
The refund will be returned according to the original payment path. The arrival time may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing procedures. Generally, it will arrive within 3-7 working days after the refund is initiated. Please wait patiently.
